Sorry it’s been a while since the last newsletter, sometimes life gets hard and family matters take priority.
I appreciate all the kind words of support.

The name may have changed, but you'll still get the same important content.
I realised, whilst going through the recent struggles in my personal life, that I'd gain some more clarity over what I wanted to do with this newsletter and more importantly, what I wanted from life.
Death to Chaos. Birth of Clarity.
In this newsletter and future editions, I'll be sharing ways for you to eliminate the chaos from your life and gain more clarity over it.

Let's get started:
Eliminate
Isolation - by isolating yourself from people and the world, you’ll find that when you need some help, or support, during your tougher times you’ll have no one to call upon. Don’t allow your mental health to suffer by closing off. Believe me, I’ve been there and it’s not pleasant.
Telling lies - by keeping secrets and masking your true self you’re denying yourself FREEDOM. You’re also creating a false representation of yourself to the world, and all your friends & family. Your lies and deceit will eventually eat you up.
Procrastination - by allowing yourself to succumb to procrastination, you'll never fully realise your full potential. Instead of creating something beautiful, getting some work done, or whatever it may be, you're just wasting your own precious time.
Promote
Taking action and working hard - by actually taking ACTION on the things you have in your mind, on the things that have been made clear to you and the things that you know will improve your life, you'll find that you'll want to put in as much work as possible because you'll life will steadily get better & better. This will help towards the next point 👇
Daily progress - by making progress on a specific task(s) on a daily basis, you'll find yourself becoming more & more motivated and energised and you'll have an increased amount of self-respect. This self-respect will lead you to be able to do this more regularly 👇
Praising your good qualities - by repeating positive affirmations to yourself on a daily basis, you'll start to build up a better internal dialogue which will help guide you towards healthier choices, a more positive outlook and a more valuable, rewarding life.
Try putting these things into practice today and see your life improve.
