I’ve had my mind wrapped up in the premise for this article for a while now.
Like many things, the idea of ‘growing your soul’ came from a podcast I was listening to. Something about the way the show’s guest described how he lives his life on this planet and why he lives the way he does resonated with me.
He outlined how he believes his mission is to cultivate his soul ready for the next life. He said he does this by living a life promoting goodness and peace and doing the next right thing.

Needless to say, pursuing the growth of your soul involves a journey of self-discovery and spiritual enrichment. This transformative process consists of cultivating virtues such as compassion, kindness and empathy.
These, in turn, contribute to the expansion of the soul.
Acts of generosity, love, and moral integrity become the seeds that nourish the soul, fostering a deeper connection with the divine.
Through introspection and meaningful experiences, individuals aim to refine their character, allowing their souls to ascend to a higher state of consciousness.
The premise - which I will continue outlining below - lies in the belief that a nurtured soul transcends the limitations of earthly existence, paving the way for a richer, more enlightened afterlife.
