Hey everyone,
Welcome back!
Life can beat you up, bruise you and batter you senseless.
It’s no wonder so many of us choose the path of ease, comfort and less pain.
However, those avenues usually come at a heavy price. They’re normally the easiest road because they leave a lasting effect on you and come with the most negative baggage.
Throughout your life, you’ll experience ups and downs, peaks and valleys, good times and bad.
The one constant though is YOU and your ability to REACT to any given situation, good or bad.
“In living life at 90 percent, the formula is life is 10 percent of what happens to you and 90 percent of how you react to it.”
- Diamond Dallas Page
STRENGTHEN YOURSELF so when you’re going through trying times, times that are stressing you out or you’re really struggling with, your REACTION will be STRONG and POSITIVE.
Rebuild yourself
Some of your reactions to situations have probably meant you’ve formed some bad habits.
You’ve even probably formed some destructive habits that you’ve built up over years of repetition.
Some may not be obvious to you:
Playing the victim
Self pity
Negative self talk
Treating people unkindly
Rage
Internal anger
Some may be VERY obvious:
Drinking too much
Taking too many drugs
Sleeping around/ cheating on your partner
Watching too much porn
Eating too much chocolate
But you CAN reprogram yourself to stop these negative reactions.
To stop these negative habits.
Now is the time to put an end to it.
Now it is time to regroup, refocus and REBUILD yourself.
Knock down the walls
You need to focus on getting yourself back on track.
It may not be easy, but you have the strength within you to do it.
I had the strength to kick alcohol. I’m over two years sober and I never thought that would be possible but it is.
There is strength within you too, you just may need to dig deep to find it.
Once you’ve knocked down the walls of your old destructive habits, the ones that were making you (and others) unhappy and holding you back. You can start to BUILD the new YOU.
Build your body
Build your mind
Build your spirit
Build your legacy
Build your strength
Build your positivity
Build your resilience
Build your knowledge
You have the chance to keep building yourself up. Once you get on the path of self improvement, you won’t want to stop. Let it be your new “habit”.
If this has resonated with you then I’d like to recommend an excellent book to you that I know will help you on your way:

Check it out. You won’t regret it.
Take care,
