Welcome back!
It's Monday - a brand new week.
Time for a fresh start.
Last Monday, I lost quite a few subscribers due to the newsletter and I let it affect me, and coupled with some other issues, I let it ruin my week.
I didn’t want to write.
But not again.
I’m back!
Sometimes you need to admit to yourself when things aren’t going well and do something about it. For me, the time away from writing has given me the chance to rest, recuperate and I’m ready to go again.
Are you looking after yourself in the same way?
So here we are. A new week, with new opportunities and new vigour.
It’s time for you to step up and conquer it.
Make it yours.
It’s time to kick any depression you may be feeling.
It’s time to kick any negative thoughts you may be having.
It’s time to kick any destructive habits you may be forming.
It’s time to kick any sense of imposter syndrome you may be experiencing.
How you choose to attack today will likely set the tone for the rest of the week…
So make it count.
You have the chance to wipe the slate clean and start again.
Choose books
Choose exercise
Choose connection
Choose family
Choose love
Choose laughter
Choose good deeds
Choose hard work
Choose self-improvement
Choose nature
These are just some examples of how you could choose to spend your week, but whatever you choose to do…
Choose wisely.
Make them positive.
Get active.
Open up to someone if you’re struggling.
Adopt a winner’s mentality.
Surround yourself with people who lift you up.
